Description: This is a First Printing of "Intruder in the Dust" by William Faulkner. It is dated 1948, and is a hardcover edition that is MISSING the dust jacket. The inside front cover has some damage from where labels had been peeled off at some point before I acquired it, and also a previous owners name has been written on the inside front cover (see photo). The back cover has a dent near the lower left edge (see photo). Interior pages look good, and the title page includes Blue ink on the letters "I" and "D" which is a nice design accent. I took photos from all angles, and the exterior is in good condition - especially for a 70 year old edition!
