Here we have a poster issued in 2004 for National Hispanic American Heritage Month by the DEOMI. This is one of a yearly observance poster commencing in 2002 and officially issued by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. The theme for 2004 was "Making A Difference In Our Communities And Our Nation”. This included images of about 30 Hispanic Americans... the vast majority of which are politicians but they did find room for a few civilians which included Oscar Perdomo, Edward Olmos, Ricardo Montalban and Gloria Estafan.
