Description: This authentic Fender Classic Series 60s Strat neck was made for a SRV inspired #1 Strat and looks every bit legit vintage. The professional relic work included removing the factory poly and refinishing in Nitrocellulose and then painstakingly aged. There is a 2-stage process on the Nitro that allows for a worn in look on the back of the neck from being played, with the exposed areas having a great amber tint reminiscent of nicotine stains from cigarette smoke and age. The dot inlays are also aged to look nicotine stained. It truly looks like a vintage neck, but without the vintage price. There is a lot of checking and wear to the Nitro, but the Pau Ferro board and Vintage frets are as new. I rarely build guitars anymore, but I do have a lot of cool parts I've picked up over the years. This neck is perfect and in need of a home. It's straight and true, without issues and the truss rod works as it should.
