He-Man MOTU 1983 Canadian 8-Back CASTLE GRAYSKULL Unassembled in Original Box

Description: 1983 Mattel He-Man and the Masters of the Universe 8-Back Canadian Castle Grayskull (not Greyskull) product number 3991-0770G1, box indicating "Made & Assembled in Canada."Castle Grayskull is easily the most iconic action figure playset in history and each and every variation is important.This Castle Grayskull remains in a never-assembled state in its original box with its original parts, stickers, and cardboard punchouts in a well preserved, unused condition. RARE in this state and condition, with RARE Canadian variation stickers, unused and in outstanding condition. This is a genuine archeological treasure for MOTU preservationists and may provide the best opportunity to study and document this scarce variation (short of committing the unthinkable sin of finding and opening a sealed example).There are some contact marks and other imperfections here and there from the contents moving around in the box over the years, however the contents remain unassembled and there is no play wear. Parts will be wrapped and packed to avoid damage from movement during shipping. This will have to come boxed in a BIG box so that it can be adequately packed to avoid any denting or other damage to the box.CANADIAN-EXCLUSIVE COMPONENT VARIATIONS:1. Sticker Sheet (3991-8310) PRINTED IN CANADA. Compare the colors and vibrancy to the more common USA release. These colors look like they came off a psychedelic concern poster from the 70's.2. Weapons Tree 1 (long weapons) (stamped 3991-2299-1 on a tab on the tree). The Combat Trainer Instrument, included on the tree, is individually stamped 3991-2369.6. Weapons Tree 2 (guns and short weapons) (stamped 3991-2519-1 on a tab on the tree). The Laser Cannon, included on the tree, is individually stamped 3991-2349. NOTE that one end of the small sword is detached from the tree.7. Original Elevator String (circa 12 and 3/8 inches in length).8. Cardboard Punchouts (3991-0400). Printed in USA. NOTE that the punchouts are not fully attached to the surrounding cardboard sheet at every tiny connection point, however every punchout remains at least partially attached the cardboard sheet (i.e., no punchout has ever been fully removed from the sheet).9.
