I downgraded the condition due to the disc having various fingerprints and light surface scuffs that I was unable to clean. The case also has a few dents and scuffs as seen in the pictures posted. Testing was done on a DVD surface scan program with 100% of the surface reporting as good condition. The results can be seen in the pictures as well.
