This necklace features a brown shell colored carved cameo and this cameo is etched signed on the reverse MATTIA - made of carved shell cameo and the frame is palladium sterling silver with 18K Yellow Gold enhancements according to the Gems en Vogue website and retailed at $454 originally- the cameo is on a sterling silver cable chain necklace that is measuring approximately 17.5" in length end to end but does have an attached 2" extender so you can lengthen the necklace chain to about 19.5" - the cameo pendant does measure about 2.5" top to bottom and about 1 1/8" wide and the entire piece weighs 15.8 grams on jewelry scale or 0.510 troy ounces - beauty!
