Measures: Canvas- 16” x 20” Frame- 22.5” x 26.5” Condition: Tiny spots, mild scuffs and or scratches, small areas of paint loss. Overall looks great! Beautiful colors! Beautiful scene! Hangs exceptionally well! Frame condition: Cloth matting has some stains, snags, pulls and wear. Outer frame has paint loss, heavy scuffing scratches, dings and wear. Needs a bit of TLC but still hangs nicely. Painting and frame are sold as-is, as shown in images provided.
