It has a collar on it with a little gold tone heart inside of it. It is made by elf pets. The elf itself in the hat is nonremovable. From the tip of the hat to the bottom of this toes he is about 14 inches tall approximately with arms, 3 1/2 inches wide I believe he’s my buy elf pets. But I’m not 100% positive I just included picture of his tag. His shirt says Elf pets. He does have a little dot on his face and one in his hair. Very small flaws. Please view photos.
