Note that there's some wear on the center of the seat - see photo #7-9. Note that some of the paint is worn off. Also note the scratches on one arm in photo #10/11. Otherwise has clean cosmetics. No tears/rips/holes in the leather other than the scratch on the arm. Will be shipped disassembled. Requires Ekornes Stressless keys - 2 sizes - not included. You can also use STAR TORX keys/bits as they are the equivalent to those keys (the large size would be T50 - and a smaller one). Note about assembly - all screws/bolts will be in place where they belong (as shown in the last photos). So, there won't be loose hardware in the package - you simply have to unscrew and then rescrew. There is an assembly video available on youtube.
