If you're local in WA state or want to ship us your van, we can install this engine for you We're currently have OM647 2.7 Dodge Freightliner Mercedes Sprinter long block assembly ready for installation Here's what's included in our each rebuild Comes with new standard or oversize pistons and rings Connecting rods rebuilt with new bushings (most overlooked process) Crankshaft turned next size and comes with new oversized main & rod bearings New cylinder head and connecting rod bolts New timing & oil pump chains New guide rails, sprockets and tensioner Cylinder Head's rebuild process include new guides, 3 angle valve job, pressure test and surface cleanup New exhaust and intake valves Brand new oil pump New OEM Victor Reinz seals and gaskets New oil filter Brand new valve lifters/ cam followers Each of our engine passes our oil pressure test to make sure it's at the specs We assemble our engines so good, we never had an engine warranty claim, and we provide 2 year / 40000 miles warranty. Additional warranty can be purchased separately Note that this engine comes as a long block assembly with only above included items. You would have to transfer your own accessories such as injectors, manifolds, turbo, alternator, fuel pump and etc to make it complete running for engine If you're local customer in WA state, you must pay sales tax Sale is based on exchange, we must receive your old core back in rebuildable condition. If we're shipping this engine, we need to receive $1000 core deposit before shipping We accept Paypal (paypal fees must be paid by the buyer) or bank wire transfer Shipping is extra and estimated to 250-350 depending on destination.
