This voice box offers slow retraction (a minor vibration in the module, but nothing serious as it's necessary for the slow retraction), a compartment to replace the batteries, and best of all....ALL OF WOODY'S SAYINGS IN THE VOICE OF TOM HANKS! The phrases were all recorded and remastered to be as clear as possible. The phrases are as follows. "Somebody's poisoned the water hole!""There's a snake in my boot!""Yeehaw! Giddy up, partner; we gotta get this wagon train a-movin'!""You're my favorite deputy!""I'd like to join your posse, boys; but first I'm gonna sing a little song.""Reach for the sky!""This town ain't big enough for the two of us!" They play in that order and are not randomized like a genuine pull string voice box from the 50's I'm afraid. Also, I want everyone to know that this is not official Disney merchandise. I know it probably goes without saying, but I do NOT wanna face those lawyers. The main thing that makes these pull strings in particular a deluxe version as compared to another voice box listing I have is the fact that these have been modified to the point where the string and ring can be pulled out of the back of the voice box instead of from the side allowing easier installation inside of a Woody doll. Plus it helps the voice box sit better inside after the string has been pulled a few times. Compared to another seller who is currently selling these voice boxes, these are less than half the cost of his, and of the same quality with this modification being made. Keep in mind, the knot that I have retied is a TAD bit looser than how it originally came prior to being modified, so the knot will stay, just please becareful with it until after you install the whole thing inside your Woody doll.
