These are sold as is for collectors that are looking for physical copies for their collections. DLC/GAME KEY etc may have been previously redeemed. Some of these codes can still work to install software. Some, you will need to buy your own code, but you can still use the installation discs. PLEASE make sure you are checking out the operating system and all required info before buying. No returns/refunds on this because it doesn't work on your operating system if you didn't check. It is up to YOU to know what you are buying with old PC games! You get what is pictured only, if it is not pictured, it is not included. That means case/disc/cover art/manual or any inserts. Games are cleaned up as best as we can, but some sticker residue, scratches, scuffs, etc. may still be present. We do have a disc cleaning machine that we run games through as needed.
