LISTED IN THE TITLEI am happy to accept all returns however, 'item not as described' for measurements will not be accepted as these fabrics are stretchy and can be adjusted to 'fit' a description. I have a standard measuring tape in inches taped to my desk and I measure every item with it as it lays and not stretched. I AM HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS! The fabric is machine wash.
