We recommend it for Venus Flytraps, American Pitcher Plants, Australian Pitcher Plants, Bladderworts and most Sundews. Amounts are measured and shipped dry. Soil ingredients:Organic Sphagnum Peat MossPerlite#20 Silica Sand Soil is free from fertilizer additives. Pre-wet the mix with distilled water before using it to cut down on Perlite dust which is harmful to breathe. Pre-wetting will also make the soil easier to mix and work with when potting plants.
