Free US Shipping on Purchases of 5 or More Maps and Prints Description: It is an authentic antique map approximately 134 years old with ceragraphic color (a wax engraving process popular at the end of the 19th century). It is by George F. Cram, Chicago Illinois, as stated in the title area of the map and is from a circa 1883 edition of Cram's Unrivaled Family Atlas. It is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a large single sheet with a centerfold as shown in the main pic. There is text and a map of New Jersey on the reverse halves. Overall a nice antique map with the desirable egg and dart border along with the red and green outlining that is distinctive of the early Cram maps of the 1880s. A lot of nice details and topography. Size: The main map image measures approximately 11 1/2 by 16 inches (29x40cm) on a 13 1/2 by 22" (34x56cm) page with a margin all around as seen in the main pic. Condition: The map is in Good to Very Good condition, basically as seen in the pics. There are some very light handling smudges in the margin, slight darkening around the edges as typical of an antique map and on the reverse some glue residue from the binding tab; otherwise, the map is very clean and well preserved on strong paper that would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition.
