Black Rayon Reproduction Victorian Blouse

Description: The reproduction blouse was handmade in the 1950's for a Nevada Day event. It was made to look Victorian or early 1900's. The fabric is a black satin rayon. There are 7 faceted plastic buttons made to look like glass and the actual closure is snaps well hidden on the inside of the blouse. Long sleeves with lace trim as well as repeated lace trim across the bodice, front and back. The bodice is also embellished with a black lace applique. Black ric-rac follows the button line and curves with the hemline. A simple stand up collar leaves room for a brooch or cameo. Large black satin bow adorns the lower back of the blouse. Curved hemline with a flair at the waist. Measurements are, Bust - 38" Sleeve length with lace trim - 30" Shoulder to shoulder - 15". Condition is very good with no tears or holes. This would be a perfect piece for reenactment or costume. Add a black skirt and accessories and you're there!
