Her research is mostly in the area of diversity, inclusion, and women in business. She is currently the Associate Editor of the Journal of Management and the Journal of Business and Psychology. She is also on the Editorial Board of the Academy of Management Journal.Jose M. Cortina, Professor of Industrial Organizational Psychology at George Mason University, is President Elect of SIOP.
