Description: Here is a gorgeous blueish gray(almost an aquamarine color) Barite crystal, from the Stoneham area in Colorado. The crystal has all the attributes one would like to see in Barite from this classic Colorado Barite locality. A sharp chisel termination, nice heft to it, with it's thick tabular shape, and a center part of perfect transparency. Very cool crystal. This specimen is 5/8 oz in weight, or 17 grams.
