Description: Hi, This set is complete as far as I can tell, including the instructions. Both cars run fine, I don’t think it was used much but the box does have a good bit of shelf / closet wear. Please see pictures. My grandson and I set it up and had a good play with it. After we got it adjusted just right the cars went around great, but the did stop a little bit before until we had it all correct. We had it on carpet so a little card to get everything flat and even. I remember having one of these new as a kid and having the same issue, carpet just doesn’t work well for setup. Anyway, it works and we had fun playing with it.
