I believe she is made in Japan by Arnart. She is about 6 inches tall and 2 .75 inches long at the base. She originally had poodles and an umbrella-but she has lost them over the years. Her lace skirt is a bit dingy and could use a washing- I will leave that to the next owners to decide. Minor crazing- no chips or cracks. SEE PICTURES as they are part of the description.
