Not usually 9 sides. 8 or 10 usually. Its signed on the base & is a unique green color. Initials are super small but look to be FR, FP or FK & a symbol of some sort. Maybe a key shape. Not sure. Item weighs over 4lbs. And is 10in. Across & 5.5.in. Tall (base is 5.75in. across) 1880-1910 era attributes. Very lovely item, no damages, just gorgeous! I have studied glassware for last 4 yrs.
