Description: Antique German Bisque Head baby doll 8". Adorable little baby girl doll is a perfect cabinet size. Doll in good to great condition for her age. Has some glue residue from wig back of head. Composition body looks like it might have been repainted at one time in her life. Cute baby doll is wearing a white lacy dress, once under garment and socks. No shoes. Dressed as found. Her brown hair wig looks to be original with some glue residue to head. The wig is glued on to head. She has brown sleep eyes (they get stuck a little when opening, but work well) and eye lashes, open mouth with two teeth. Someone I assume her previous owner wrote in marker (BXP 0 585) on her Back. She in incise back of head "5/0 Germany". Believe the doll to be a German 585 made by Baehr & Proeschild, but not sure. Her legs and arms stringing are good but could use some tightening. Please review all pictures they show best description.
