Antique Dutch Delft? Royal Mosa? Blue Polychrome Hand Painted Ship 8” Art Vase

Description: Antique Dutch Delft? 476 Vase Details Approximately 8" tall and 4" square at the flared top. Marked "476" on the bottom. Nice hand painted deep blue/light blue decoration depicting sailing ships on water. No chips, cracks or damage. Some blue spotting on the back as shown. Bottom has light lines that looks like cracks, but DO NOT go through to the interior. Both of these are original to manufacture I believe. There is one debatable area on the lower left scroll that could be a flea bite or just a glaze exception. Either way you can feel the porcelain body. It has been suggested that this vase is Royal Mosa in the 1920s and not Delft due to the number on the base. Later Royal Mosa pieces have this distinctive mark.
