Description: This Antique Mexican Lady's Spur is a stunning piece of craftsmanship from the 19th century. The spur is made of cast brass and features intricate Damascene / hand tooling, giving it a unique and ornate appearance. It has two brass spur buttons and a rowel size of 2 1/8" in diameter with 6 points. The provenance of this spur is from a family estate / ranch in Montana. It had been in the family for generations, adding to its historical significance. This spur is for either foot / boot (see photos). This piece is truly one-of-a-kind and would make an excellent addition to any collection of Mexican / Latin American Collectibles, Cultural Artifacts and Western Items. This item is completely Cast Brass / Damascene, except for the rowel pin and spur button straps. The spur buttons are brass. Beautiful piece.
