Description: A Lovely Antique 19 c Chinese Enamel Foo Dogs Figure Opium Smoke Caddy Box Tray EXCELLENT. A 19h c Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Opium Smoke Set, rounded square tray with loop handles, divided interior with 4 covered compartments and 2 open compartments with 6 small dishes, raised on ball feet, h. (incl. central pot) 3.5 in., tray h. 2 1/4 in., w. 13 in. The color of the enamel is blue ish for the lining, more purple ish for the cloisonné part. The enamel has no damages as shown in many close up pics examples, there is no chipped enamel on the corners etc. The metal is either brass or bronze. The item has normal minor scratches as I mentioned in all my item for accuracy reasons being an antique.The metal part could use a shiny cleaning. Or else the item is complete (beside the finial on the lamp) and is in overall excellent condition. Please examine and enlarge all pictures as they are an essential part of the description.
