Description: Marvelous fully adjustable rolling desk chair probably made of maple. Chair shows evidence of an old refinish as evidenced by the darker color beneath. Underside also shows an identification stencil that is likely US Government related. Perfect for a typist or behind a roll-top desk! Chair is structurally solid as a rock. Cast iron mechanism works great. However, the original Payson casters frequently drag and rock a bit on a hard floor. Therefore, depending on your needs, you may want to replace them.
