Description: For sale is a small 18th Century Sevres Porcelain Bowl This is an antique Servres porcelain bowl made in France ca 1753. The bowl is hand painted with laurel wreaths and branches floral garlands using green, red, brown and gold. Marked to the bottom with incised Sevres mark A for year 1753. In excellent condition considering the age! There is what looks like fine sand embedded in the clear glaze at the bottom which is due to the manufacturing process.
