Beginning with the Yellow metering tip is recommended and then adjusting to the blue or green metering tip for the specific water supply. The Foam Gun can be run without a metering tip which will create a large amount of foam, but doing so will run through the canister more quickly - depending on the size of the vehicle, the canister may need to be refilled before sudsing down the entire vehicle. The Adam’s Standard Foam Gun does not eliminate the need for buckets when washing. Following the use of the foam gun, a Two Bucket Wash Method with a Wash Bucket with soap and a Rinse Bucket with clean water is recommended.
