This hood is a direct replacement to your stock hood and requires no modification to install. All AMD hoods feature a fully finished factory style underside. Unlike fiberglass, AMD steel hoods will not flex or warp over time. Regardless of where you are located AMD steel hoods will stay looking great for years to come. This hood arrives in a black "e-coat" finish and will require basic prep work (test fit, sand, prime) before paint can be applied. We strongly recommend having this hood painted and installed by a qualified auto body technician to achieve the best fit and finish.
