45 RPM Single w PIX Sleeve-- BILLY JOEL: KEEPING THE FAITH + SHE'S RIGHT ON TIME

Description: This 45 RPM Vinyl Record w/ Picture Sleeve-- BILLY JOEL: KEEPING THE FAITH + SHE'S RIGHT ON TIME ... is on Columbia Records # 38-04681 from 1985? New USPS rates jumped the shipping cost up another 50 cents on 7-15-24. I'm listing a bunch of these Columbia 45's and most of them have a cloudiness on the labels due to storage moisture. It wipes off, then comes back in some cases. This 7 inch 45 RPM Record is in Excellent condition (very clean, cloudiness on the labels)... The Picture Sleeve is in Fair Condition (intact, some ringwear, with some wear/aging at the top) ... (I only consider Still Sealed records to be NM). My grading is visual unless noted otherwise. I regret to say that I can no longer offer the Make Offer option on the Buy It Now $5.00 items. Finding it impossible to keep the S&H down because of the ever increased prices from USPS + eBay charging sellers a % not only on the sales, but also the cost of S&H. I went along with it for a couple of years absorbing the loss, but no longer can afford it. I again have to raise the price of S&H, but plan to try and keep it to a minimum even though I find it to be way too high. Frustrating for all of us. I guess I could raise the starting price and go from there, but I'm trying this other alternative before I simply give up.
