Rated to 300 meters, ISO 6425 Certified, and with a High Torque Quartz movement, the MSAR is ready for work. Manufactured in accordance with US Government specification, this watch and others by Marathon have been worn by the US Military for training and battle. The MSAR 36mm watch features a 316L stainless steel high pressure case 14mm thick with engraved screw down back and a large screw down crown with a uni-directional time zone ring. The dial has a hi-contrast black face features both 12 and 24 hour markings. The Tritium luminous hands and hour marks make it easy to read the time even under demanding conditions. Tritium T25 luminous markers are made from small glass tubes containing a radioactive isotope of Hydrogen which illuminate the dial at night and do not need to be recharged. The Swiss ETA F06.111 movement features stop second hacking, crisp high torque impulse action with working date (at 4:30) and date quickset. Watch is rated water resistant to 30 atmospheres of pressure. GSA Federal Supply Schedule GS-14F-0027K. New Renata battery was installed on Sep. 23, 2024. Watch comes with original inner box and outer cover with instruction booklet.
