If any electronics are claimed to not function, we will attempt to troubleshoot the product with buyer and investigate what caused it to not function before proceeding to a return. Again buyers are to pay return shipping and pay a 15% restocking fee only if there is a fault of our own. The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Buyers remorse or finding a better price is not an acceptable return reason. If refunds are given it will be for the product cost paid by buyer and does not include shipping cost which will be deducted from refund amount to buyer.
