Despite being officially called "Replacement Notes", many collectors call them Star Notes. These notes are unfortunately going to be coming to an end due to a new process being introduced, at which time, the value should obviously rise over time since there will be a fixed amount moving forward, despite population growing over time, and therefore the collector population growing with it.
