Engine comes exactly like its shown in the pictures, it started right up with no blow by and ran well (we did have it running for roughly 20mins and lot drove it before the truck got dismantled) This engine was pulled from a 2004 Dodge 3500 that the frame rusted out on, truck spent its whole life plowing snow in Minnesota.
