All my patch auctions are for original space program patches from the 1970s and 1980s, and are very much rarer than recent reproduction patches from many years later , which often look slightly different. IN FACT I LOOKED AT MANY DIFFERENT EBAY AUCTIONS FOR THIS EXACT PATCH- AND SAW MANY DIFFERENT APOLLO 10 PATCHES - MOST LOOKED DIFFERENT FROM ANY OF THE OTHERS!. Most looked really unusual, and nothing like what I saw back in the seventies . I have heard said the one's with the bare stitching are older and better . I have had all these patches I am offering since the 1980's myself so I know they are at least that old. They are both in unused near mint condition. I have about 6 sets of these patches from APOLLO 10 left. YOU MAY GET THE EXAMPLES IN THE PHOTO OR ONES VIRTUALLY IDENTICALLY BUT NOT IN EVERY STITCH SINCE PATCHES THEN WERE HANDMADE ONE AT A TIME, IN SOME AT LEAST OF THE STITCHING. One of them has the silicone coating on the back and ones has only the bare stitches. I am pretty sure the bare stitches ones is from the seventies and the other from the eighties. I am the world's second largest movie poster dealer of movie posters from the last 30 years , and back in the seventies and eighties some of the dealers in posters here on the west coast also carried odds and ends like patches, movie buttons, photo's, etc... and I bought about 1500 space patches at this time from Bob Hamilton who was one of these old timers and a bigtime memorabilia dealers in the sixties of these things and I have never offered them until now in 2015.
