Recipes have the first & last name of the person who submitted it. Some ethnic & local interest recipes include Lefse, Irish stew, Swedish meatballs, Hungarian goulash, Korean roast beef, Hubbell House Salad Dressing, Baked Chop suey, old fashioned Peppernut cookies, Pulla Yeast Coffee Bread (Pitko) and Lutherhaven brownie bars. Lots of great pie recipes too, for example: Carmel apple pie, chocolate cream pie, imperial cherry cream pie, fresh blueberries and cream pie.. oh my! Cookbook is in good used condition. Previous owner wrote a short helpful note to one of the recipes on page 87; no handwriting, markings or highlighting in the book. Overall clean; there are some small stains and normal age discoloration throughout the book. Shelf wear on the cover; wear along the edges & corners, small crease lines near the corners & stains on the cover. There are some small tears along the page edges. Some bent page corners. No pages are loose or missing. No smell or odor. Payment is due within 3 days of auction closing.
