This is the very first original style version with the battery icon in the center and no rubber bumpers on the back, the bumpers were added on later revisions of this part. Also, later ones for different Mac models had battery icon at top of the cover not in center. This is beige to match early 1984 Macs and first Mac Plus Model, not later Platinum color versions.
