Description: The Lewis & Clark Knives were first released in the end of December 1976. This one has a a 1977 date of issue C.O.A. type pamphlet that has not been filled out. The main blade has an etching on the face that reads " BLAZING THE TRAIL ". The pattern is a Premium Stockman with " BOKER U.S.A. " on the tang and the BOKER TREE logo with " 1784 " on the pile side of the tang. I am not the original owner and was told it had not been carried but, I found light scratches on the blades and dried oil on the them as well as the bolsters from being stored in the original plastic bag and box. The knife has break a nail stiffness when trying to open the blades. It is clean between the liners and the blades are somewhat sharp with out sharpening scratches on the edges. It is sold as found and the knife will need cleaning. It is 3 15/16 inches long when closed. Please study photos they are part of the description and ask questions prior to bidding. The serial number on the knife is " 03413 ". It appears to be in the original box.
