This is an original GM rear view mirror assembly used in the 1964-65 Buick Skylark, Special, Special Deluxe, Special Wagon, Sport Wagon 1965 Buick Skylark Gran Sport cars. Condition is used, mirror is not cracked but is fogged up and will need to be replaced, no major scratches or dents in housing, mount has some pitting in chrome (as pictured), will need to be cleaned and polished before install.
