All of the bumpers are in a basic shape, but need to be hand-fit before final installation (some adjustment may be necessary as required). With the cars being coach-built, they may have had lead work in various areas at the factory (or since) that necessitates individual fitment of most body related items. Once this document has been signed, the shipping company is no longer responsible for any damage claim. Also, we WILL NOT be able to replace the item or give a refund. If the package is returned to us from the shipping company because the following reasons: (i) the recipient wasn't present to sign for the package, (ii) unable to reschedule another shipping (iii) unable to pick up the package from the post office, (iv) unable to contact (v) package past the holding time(may differ according to shipping companies' policies) or (vi) customer refused the package without valid reason. We will not ship again and will only refund the amount for the price of the item itself to the customer. --> RETURN POLICY 1. Items are only eligible for return within 30 days of receive of delivery. 2. All returned items need to be in the original packaging and in original condition. 3.
