All accessories are cardboard. The house is 33 inches long, 26.5 inches wide, and 13 inches high. House exterior is not discolored, and I don't see any stains. One side of the handle is dislocated. There are some bends and imperfections in the cardboard. Inside yellow wall has top layer peeled away in one spot. There is a small rip in the white part of the floor. It doesn't go all the way through, but the outside has a long crinkle at that location. There is a rip that goes across four white squares on the left side in the white floor. It goes all the way through. It has one of the white braces to hold it. One is missing. The accessories are the highlight. No stains. Overall they feel pretty sturdy. They stand on their legs pretty good. Pictures show them underneath, too. Legs that are bent .... - Most of the bed legs, - Three of the coffee table legs - Slight bend in one TV/stereo leg All other furniture looks great. No stains, no rips (other than legs as mentioned above). The albums and cardboard pillows are a hoot. Perfect condition with one exception. The Lettermen album is ever so slightly bent.
