It is certainly deserving of it's grade at PSA 1 mk. It has what appears to be factory roller track holes going t/b, and a little ink on back. That said it retains some decent eye-appeal. Furthermore .... don't worry about the condition so much, since this issue is literally impossible to find in high grade! Only 21 examples from this entire set have ever been graded ----- NONE above 2!!! That's right, the highest graded card from this set is a PSA 2.
