Description: I have for sale an Alberto Vargas poster art print. Originally painted in 1945. This Illustration was first used in the 1946 Esquire calendar This poster is part of a print series that Mr. Vargas released between 1979 and 1981. I can't afford $50,000+ for an original, but have amassed a pretty large collection of pin up prints, and have been holding onto this one for over 30 years. The image looks great. very sharp and vibrant. I planned to get them all framed and make a kind of pin up gallery in my home, but never got around to it. Mostly because I don't think my wife would have gone for it. It is time for this print to go to some one who will put it to use. Condition: This poster has been stored flat with other prints for three decades in an acid free envelope like a time capsule. So it hasn't been exposed to light. There isn't any wear or yellowing. Preserved very nicely. No stains, writing, wrinkles. The corners are nice and sharp. The "ebay watermark" text is not in the actual poster.
