Probably needs service, adjustment, cleaning. The 8-day clock movement with mark 89AM and chime movement marked 119. Strikes on the hours. The chime movement chimes Westminster on the quarter hour. Size - 15(H)" x 10 1/4" x 7 1/8". Weight ~ 12 lb. / 5 kg. The silvered dial has some wear. The wooden case is in good condition with age wear - a few scratches.
