It is an early George Cram map, circa 1890 or earlier. It is very similar to the Texas map published in Cram's Colombian World's Fair Atlas of 1894, but lacks the decorative border, possibly an earlier prototype. Size: The image area measures approximately 8 3/4 by 12 3/4 inches (22x32cm) on a page measuring 10 1/2 by 14 3/4" (27x37cm). Condition: The map is in Very Good to Excellent condition with a centerfold as issued with maps of Mississippi and Louisiana on reverse. Other than some minor darkening around the edges, it is very clean with an antique appearance that would frame up nicely, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
