Dress is in a royal blue velour, consisting of 71% polyester, 29 % nylon, with black lace overlays on the sleeves, waist, and bodice inset.Trimmed with black braid trim.Classic Victorian high neck bodice, with mutton chop sleeves, zippered back, with a straight line skirted portion. Hat is a wide brim poly satin, with a wired rim. Hand decorated in our shop with black lace, netting, blue satin ribbon, ostrich feathers, black feathers, and a blue jewel.*We have only 1 hat. Once the dress/hat option is sold, the remaining dresses will be sold by themselves.
