I recently purchased a gigantic used bookstore in upstate NY. These were plucked from the stock. Nixon volume is signed by Nixon. Most have "Collector's Notes" sheet included with the books. All books have the Ex Libris sticker inside the front cover signed by the previous owner (see last photo).
