Description: 14 LARGE FORMAT SACRED & ART-PARLOR SONG SHEETS – 1885/1918 14 Sacred and general Art-Song sheets published between 1885 & 1918. All are complete, & measure approximately 10 ½” x 13 ½”. Most have separated spines. 1 has repairs. Please see provided pics. Title: CHRIST IS RISEN TODAY Words & Music: J. W. Bischoff Publisher: John Church & Co., Cincinnati, © 1885 Description: for Soprano or Tenor & keyboard – 10 pages, 7 pages of music. No connection to the hymn by Wesley. Condition: Split cover spine with a ½” tear on the front, inner folded sheet is 97%. Mildly worn edges with nicks, bumps & a few tiny tears. 2 puncture holes top left on the back through all pages with decreasing severity. Pencil scribbling on the front. No markings in the music. Rating: 7+ / 10, Very Nice but I might repair that one tear if I was going to use it practically. Title: HAPPY DAYS Music: A. Condition: Split cover spine, clean. Inner folded sheets are 98% & 100%. Excellent edges & corner, tiny sliver cut off the front cover bottom right. Ink signature, no markings in music. Light soiling along the borders and a little foxing. Rating: 6+ / 10, most downgrading for right edge tears. Rating: 6+ / 10, generally worn corners, aging but not brittle paper.
